Counselling & Psychotherapy Sessions

 

Please note for the initial session, 5-10 minutes will be taken up reading through and signing a contract. This is a necessary part of our therapeutic connection. You will also be sent a registration form, which will need to completed before any session can be booked. I reserve the right to insist on a brief introductory call to assess our suitability to work together.

Indoors, Outdoors, Online, Phone within Scotland

 

£50 for a 60 minute session

*If we have an outside session local to central Forres/Elgin, this will not incur an extra mileage charge. If outside of central Forres/Elgin a fair mileage charge will be added*

Online/Phone sessions rest of the UK

£60 for a 60 minute session

​

Europe/International Online session

​

£70 for a 60 minute session

Concessions

Because I am passionate about making counselling and psychotherapy accessible to those who need it, I have a number of concession spaces and a 'pay by donation' place. Please ask me for details. You are welcome to be added to a waiting list if these are full.
